The National Basketball Players Association has agreed to sell its headquarters - located in Harlem, N.Y. - for $21 million, according to Bloomberg.com's Scott Soshnick.

This price tag is approximately six times the amount the union paid for the building in 2007.

The sale of the 310 Lenox Ave. unit will be completed next year, as the NBPA transitions to their new 47,000-square-foot digs in midtown Manhattan, which will boast a practice court, locker room, lounge, and training facility.

The Manhattan location - dubbed a "Players Campus" by union executive director Michele Roberts - will be situated at 1133 Avenue of the Americas, and will offer player programs and agent seminars.
