VIDEO: LeBron James gives 360-degree look at offseason workouts
LeBron James isn't only at the forefront of the basketball universe. He's also at the forefront of exercise science. And, apparently, video technology.
The Cleveland Cavaliers superstar posted a video to Facebook on Wednesday, explaining his dedication to working out in order to make the most of his God-given talent. The two-plus-minute clip is narrated mostly by James, and shows him working out in the gym and on the court, outlining his commitment to his body - hardly new messages from James.
The hook is that the video is filmed using innovative 360-degree camera technology, so the viewer can click on the video and look around, change the camera angle, and generally enjoy the video in a far more interactive manner. It serves to make us wish this camera technology was wearable on the court, because how incredible would that be?
"It's too early for this mess," James starts off, complaining that he'd rather be sleeping in on the weekend.
Same. Or, you know, on a Thursday.
