VIDEO: Blazers' Plumlee drains backward 3-pointer at the buzzer
Craig Mitchelldyer / USA TODAY Sports
Mason Plumlee has attempted only three shots from beyond the arc in his two-year NBA career.
Of those three attempts, he's made exactly zero.
So, when the Portland Trail Blazers big man nailed a 3-pointer at the buzzer during a team scrimmage Friday, it certainly raised some eyebrows.
What's more, the 6-foot-10 center did so facing the wrong way.
Note Meyers Leonard's reaction - arms raised in disbelief - to his teammate's lucky shot.
Perhaps opposing teams should game plan for Plumlee's new patented reverse trey this season.
