VIDEOS: Middleton crowns Butler; Moore bricks dunk as Bulls, Bucks renew rivalry

The Chicago Bulls knocked the Milwaukee Bucks out of the playoffs with a chippy, emotional six-game series win in April. Don't think Bucks swingman Khris Middleton has forgotten it.
Middleton - who signed a five-year, $70-million deal to stay in Milwaukee this summer - served notice to his Bulls counterpart, Jimmy Butler, that these Bucks are out for blood, crowning Butler with a positively vicious transition dunk as the teams got reacquainted in the preseason Tuesday night.
Meanwhile, Bulls guard E'Twaun Moore tried to score one for the home side, but came up well short on the uncontested dunk attempt.
Thankfully, this is just an appetizer. These teams will see each other five times in the regular season.
