PHOTO: Joakim Noah hangs out with Omer Asik, cardboard cutout of Brad Miller
Legends never die, especially when preserved as cardboard.
A cardboard cutout of former Chicago Bulls big man Brad Miller was on hand at the United Center on Tuesday, and it had a reunion with former frontcourt mate Joakim Noah. Also on hand was Omer Asik, a former Bulls center now with the New Orleans Pelicans.
Three Bulls centers, one terribly awkward and hilarious photo.
There's no word on why Noah was walking around with the Miller cutout, but we'd guess his answer would be, "Why not?"
Miller and Noah spent a season-and-a-half together in Chicago before Miller left in free agency and the Bulls brought Asik in from overseas to help replace him.
The 39-year-old Miller last played in 2011-12, the final season in a pretty underrated 14-year career. A two-time All-Star and one of the best undrafted players of all time, the deft-passing big man averaged 11.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists over 868 games with six teams, making the playoffs on eight occasions.
