Heat's Green fined $25K by NBA for menacing gestures

Gerald Green of the Miami Heat has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for making "menacing gestures" during Miami's 110-105 preseason victory over the Washington Wizards Wednesday.
Green made a trigger shooting motion, and apparently also a throat-cutting motion, after hitting baskets twice in the fourth quarter.
Green scored 28 points in the contest. His coach Erik Spoelstra said Friday that the NBA has a very clear stance on such controversial showmanship.
The fine, however, didn't stop Green from salvaging everything he could from the moment.
