Butler (knee) hasn't played in a game for the Kings since their Nov. 19 loss to the Heat.
Analysis:
Butler suffered a sprained left ankle at some point early last week. However, the Kings listed him as probable as recently as Saturday's game against the Warriors, and after he failed to play in that contest along with Monday's win over the Mavericks, it seems as though Butler just isn't a part of the rotation right now. He'll continue to retain the day-to-day tag until the Kings formally take him off the injury report or use him in a game.
