Miami Heat coach Erik Spoelstra showed some faith in swingman Gerald Green, opting to leave him in the starting lineup Wednesday, despite the return from injury of typical starter Luol Deng.
Green - who was suspended by the team for two games earlier this season - rewarded Spoelstra's confidence in the first quarter against the Charlotte Hornets, getting Cody Zeller in the air with a bamboozling pump fake, then driving straight to the rack for an emphatic one-hander.
