Spurs' Duncan, Ginobili to rest vs. Nuggets

After Friday's 88-84 loss to the Houston Rockets, the San Antonio Spurs will rest veterans Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili on Saturday against the Denver Nuggets.
It's the second time this season that Gregg Popovich will sit the two against the Nuggets, with the first being Nov. 26.
The 39-year-old Duncan continues to be productive despite his age, averaging nine points and eight rebounds, while leading the NBA in defensive real plus-minus (5.88).
Ginobili (38) has been no slouch himself, averaging 10.2 points and 3.5 assists while posting a ridiculous net rating of plus-18.7.
David West, Matt Bonner, and Boban Marjanovic are all candidates to start in Duncan's absence.
