Celtics' Lee out vs. Pistons with sore back

Boston Celtics big man David Lee will not play against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday, the team confirmed.
The 32-year-old veteran and member of last year's champion Golden State Warriors will miss the contest due to a sore lower back.
Boston's crowded frontcourt features a litany of forwards and centers - namely Jared Sullinger, Amir Johnson, Kelly Olynyk, and Tyler Zeller - who Lee has had to battle for floor time throughout the early stages of the season.
Lee is averaging 7.4 points and 4.4 rebounds in just 15.9 minutes - the least amount of playing time the 11-year man has seen in his career.
