Steph Curry picks Panthers as champs, predicts Warriors beat Thunder
In case it wasn't clear from his flashy shot selection, reigning MVP Stephen Curry is not short on confidence.
Curry, who grew up in North Carolina while his father Dell played with the Charlotte Hornets, is an avid Carolina Panthers fan, and he sees a 24-17 Super Bowl win coming for Cam Newton and company.
The league's leading scorer followed up by predicting another win - this time for his own Golden State Warriors, who will play the Oklahoma City Thunder the night before the Super Bowl.

Both the Denver Broncos (who feature a stout defense) and the Thunder (top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency) are tough opponents, but it's difficult to blame Curry for being confident.
The Panthers lost one game all season and destroyed the Arizona Cardinals 49-15 in the NFC Championship Game, while Curry's Warriors are 42-4.
