Zach LaVine takes home MVP in Rising Stars Challenge

Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Zach LaVine was named MVP in the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday night.
LaVine finished with 30 points, seven rebounds, and four assists on 13-of-20 shooting, leading Team USA to a 157-154 victory over Team World.
This is the 20-year-old's second impressive performance in the Rising Stars Challenge; LaVine totaled 22 points and four rebounds in 2015 as a rookie.

A key component of the Timberwolves' future, LaVine is averaging 12.8 points, 3.2 assists, and 2.6 rebounds in 2015-16.
LaVine will be seen once again Saturday, when the sophomore guard will defend his crown in the Slam Dunk contest.
