The Atlanta Hawks have shut down trade talks involving point guard Jeff Teague, The Vertical's Adrian Wojnarowski reports.
The Indiana Pacers, New York Knicks, and Utah Jazz have all been linked to Teague in recent weeks.
The 27-year-old is averaging 15.1 points, 5.5 assists, and 2.7 rebounds while shooting 43.2 percent from the field and a career-high 40.8 percent from deep. However, Teague has seen a recent dip in his minutes thanks to the surprising play of Dennis Schroder.
At 31-24, Atlanta currently ranks fourth in the Eastern Conference and would've likely required a veteran back in a potential Teague swap.
