VIDEO: Kyle Lowry takes over coaching duties from Tyronn Lue

When David Blatt was dismissed in favor of Tyronn Lue, many fans in Toronto felt that head coaching duties in the All-Star Game should have fallen to Raptors coach Dwane Casey on the strength of his team being second in the Eastern Conference standings.

Lue, sporting a record of 8-3, would go on to assume coaching duties for the East, but Casey's point guard Kyle Lowry would not be denied.
