The NBA and most of its fans breathed a fairly audible sigh of relief Saturday night after Stephen Curry returned to the Golden State Warriors' contest against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Curry had left the game during the third quarter after appearing to hurt his left ankle. Curry rolled the ankle while going down under the basket, with Russell Westbrook landing on it.
The reigning league MVP was tended to in the locker room for several minutes before making his return with just over five minutes left in the third quarter.
