With a red-hot Gordon Hayward standing at the line in a tight game Tuesday night, Beverley saw his opportunity and wasted no time, whispering something in the Utah Jazz guard's ear before abrasively interrupting his free-throw routine.

Hayward hit the freebie anyway.
