Newly-acquired combo guard Lance Stephenson has long had a flair for the dramatic. Although the Brooklyn native's penchant for showboating has gotten him into hot water in the past, the Memphis Grizzlies are hoping "Born Ready" will be a difference-maker as they aim to preserve their playoff eligibility.

Frantic plays such as this, however, won't help the Grizz's tenuous hold on the fifth seed in the Western Conference standings.
