Lakers' Lou Williams out at least 1 week with hamstring injury

Los Angeles Lakers guard Lou Williams is expected to miss at least one week with a strained left hamstring, the team announced Wednesday.
Williams sustained the injury in Tuesday's victory over the Brooklyn Nets, with an ultrasound later revealing the extent of the damage.
Williams, the team's third-leading scorer, was recently replaced in the starting lineup by rookie point guard D'Angelo Russell, who should be granted an even bigger opportunity in Williams' stead.
Jordan Clarkson and rookie Anthony Brown could also see an increase in their workload.
Williams, the reigning Sixth Man of the Year, is averaging 15.3 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 2.5 assists in over 29 minutes per game.
