The Los Angeles Lakers' final game of the 2015-16 season at Staples Center takes place April 13 against the Utah Jazz. It will be a somber moment for the franchise, as it will be the last time Kobe Bryant takes the floor in front of the hometown fans before he retires.
Following the team's 107-100 win over the Memphis Grizzlies on Tuesday, Kobe chatted it up with former teammate and current TNT analyst Shaquille O'Neal, who asked "The Black Mamba" to drop 50 points in the final game of his legendary career.
"Uh, no," Bryant said, laughing. "No. Absolutely not."
Bryant's season-high 38 points came against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Feb. 2. That's probably as good as it's going to get, Diesel.
