Mike Krzyzewski wasn't the only one that Kobe Bryant shared a moment with during Thursday's Sweet 16 battle between No. 4 Duke and No. 1 Oregon.
Oklahoma's Buddy Hield, who wrapped up a 77-63 demolition of Texas A&M on the same court hours earlier, stuck around to meet his childhood idol.
Hield, who wears number 24 to honor Bryant, grew up in the Bahamas as an admirer of The Black Mamba. He even told OU Daily earlier this year that he's watched Bryant's 81-point game at least 50 times.
It was most likely a dream come true for Hield, and with the Los Angeles Lakers potentially holding a top pick in this year's draft, he might soon be following in the footsteps of his idol.
