Former South Florida guard Roddy Peters, who was dismissed by the Bulls in March, is transferring to Nicholls State, a source told CBS Sports' Jon Rothstein.
Peters was solid in his lone season with USF, averaging 9.8 points and shooting a smidgen over 41 percent from the field, but suffered a broken foot in December and ran into problems off the court.
Peters started his career with Maryland, but transferred to USF following one underwhelming season with the Terrapins.
