Oregon State and Wayne Tinkle have agreed on a contract extension that will keep the head coach with the program through the 2021-22 campaign, the team announced Tuesday.
Tinkle just completed his second season at Oregon State, guiding the Beavers to a 36-27 record during that span. The 50-year-old helped the program to an NCAA tournament appearance last year for the first time since 1990.
Prior to coming over to Oregon State, Tinkle spent eight years at Montana, where he reached March Madness on three separate occasions.
