Northeastern added four-star power forward Tomas Murphy to its 2017 incoming class, according to Adam Finkelstein of ESPN.
Murphy chose the Huskies over Boston College, Maryland, Xavier, and Florida, among others.
The 6-foot-8, 195-pound Wakefield, R.I., native is ranked No. 21 for his position in the country and is the second-best prospect in the state of Rhode Island.
The Huskies finished 18-15 in 2015-16 after making the tournament in 2015.
