Five-star forward Billy Preston announced his commitment to Kansas on Friday as a member of its 2017 recruiting class.
The 6-foot-10, 230-pound power forward chose the Jayhawks over Syracuse, Indiana, and USC.
Preston is ranked by ESPN as the No. 3 power forward prospect in his class, and the No. 20 recruit overall.
The Oak Hill Academy product joins four-star point guard Marcus Garrett in Bill Self's 2017 class.
