Valpo star Alec Peters will have his streak of 134 consecutive games played snapped Friday, as the school announced a leg injury will sideline him for the first time in his collegiate career.
Peters won't play against Wright State as the Crusaders attempt to lock up at least a share of the regular-season Horizon League title.
The senior is averaging 23 points and 10.1 rebounds for Valpo, which is hoping to reach its third NCAA tournament in four years.
The forward is officially listed as day to day with the injury.
