College basketball world applauds Illinois' hiring of Underwood
Illinois announced its hiring of head coach Brad Underwood on Saturday, drawing universal praise from college basketball insiders and analysts.
Underwood coached Oklahoma State to a 20-13 record in his lone season with the school, but voluntarily left after the team was upended by Michigan 92-91 Friday.
