Report: Ball to skip draft combine

Lonzo Ball will skip the NBA combine next month, sources told The Vertical's Shams Charania.
It's not unusual for top prospects to pass on the event, and Ball remains a consensus top-3 selection. He has said that he is willing to play for any team, but has a preference for his hometown Los Angeles Lakers.

The Lakers won't know if they'll have to convey their pick to the Philadelphia 76ers until the draft lottery May 16. The combine runs from May 9-14 in Chicago.
