Offensive efficiency - or defense - doesn't appear to be a major component of LaVar Ball's new Junior Basketball Association.
In last Thursday's Los Angeles Ballers' win over the identically-named Atlanta Ballers, LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball combined for an impressive 96 points - 48 apiece.
The downside: LaMelo took 35 shots, and LiAngelo 54 - the latter hitting just 5-for-24 from beyond the arc. LiAngelo shot 35.2 percent from the floor, while LaMelo was at a much more respectable 51.4 percent. Los Angeles defeated Atlanta 170-123, with L.A. grabbing 100 rebounds in the win.
