NCAA Tournament star Johnny Juzang will withdraw from the NBA draft pool and return to UCLA for his junior season, he announced Wednesday.
The 6-foot-6 guard averaged 16 points and 4.1 rebounds per game in 2020-21, including 22.8 points per game during the Bruins' run to the Sweet 16.
Juzang's 137 total points are the second most by a UCLA player in a single NCAA Tournament, trailing only Gail Goodrich's 140 points in 1965.
The Bruins went 22-10 in 2020-21, the second winning season under head coach Mick Cronin in as many years.
