The five-star forward picked the Wildcats over a list of finalists including Arizona State, Houston, Texas, and Baylor.
Peat helped Perry High School in Gilbert, Arizona, win four consecutive state championships.
Arizona's 2025 recruiting class includes four-star forward Dwayne Aristode (No. 38) and four-star guard Bryce James - the son of the NBA's all-time leading scorer, LeBron James.
The No. 4 Wildcats play No. 1 Duke in the Sweet 16 later Thursday.
