Kevin Ware granted immediate eligibility at Georgia State
The NCAA has granted Louisville transfer Kevin Ware a waiver that will allow him to suit up immediately for Georgia State this season.
Ware's status was in question because he is not a graduating player, meaning he would normally have to sit out a season to transfer. However, because he transferred citing family reasons, the NCAA saw fit to grant him the immediate opportunity to begin playing out his final two years of eligibility.
Kevin, your thoughts?
Turrrrrnnnn upppppppp let's go!!!!!!!!

Georgia State coach Ron Hunter told ESPN that they received word Ware had been cleared on Wednesday, saying, "I think it's definitely the right thing to do."
Ware, who famously broke his leg during an NCAA Tournament game in 2013 in gruesome fashion, is on the comeback trail and is expected to play when the team travels to Central America in early August. He sparsely played in 2013-14 but had averaged 4.5 points and 1.1 steals in 16.6 minutes the season prior.
