VIDEO: Rihanna debuts new single as March Madness theme

No one really knows when the new Rihanna album is dropping but the pop superstar is already taking the college basketball world by storm with her upcoming single.

The NCAA released a commercial with a snippet of Rihanna's new single "American Oxygen" which will serve as the musical backdrop for this year's NCAA March Madness on TBS, CBS, TNT and truTV.
