Georgia State coach Ron Hunter got his team to its first NCAA tournament appearance since 2001 after the Panthers' 38-36 win over Georgia Southern.
There was so much joy between Hunter and his son - guard R.J. Hunter - that the coach ended up hurting himself in the celebration.
Unfortunately for the coach, his injury was quite severe.

Coach Hunter got a little too rowdy during the celebration. We're told his status is day-to-day.

Get well soon, Coach Hunter.
