Former Michigan State star Draymond Green must have known his old coach, Tom Izzo, was going to collect his 500th career win Thursday night because Green attended the game and brought along some jewelry.
Green met Izzo in the locker room after the Spartans beat Boston College and gave him a very expensive congratulatory present:

Green, who now plays for the reigning NBA champion Golden State Warriors, played four years under Izzo at Michigan State and helped the Spartans reach the Final Four twice.
