Former Duke point guard and current Marshall assistant coach Chris Duhon has been suspended by the school after being charged with one count of aggravated DUI.
Duhon was arrested early Monday and put in a West Virginia jail before being released on a $1,000 bond.
He's been suspended for violating the athletic department's rules and policies, and the school wouldn't provide any further comment.
The 33-year-old won a national championship with Duke in 2001, and had a nine-year career in the NBA, featuring stints with the New York Knicks and Los Angeles Lakers.
He joined Marshall as an assistant in 2014.
