Amar Alibegovic to transfer from St. John's

St. John's forward Amar Alibegovic is transferring out of the program, the team announced Tuesday.

Alibegovic will have two years of eligibility remaining with his new team. He has not decided where he will transfer yet.

During his sophomore year at St. John's, the forward averaged 5.1 points and 2.4 rebounds in 16 minutes per game. He struggles with his shot, shooting just 39 percent from the field, and 30 percent from behind the arc.
