LSU advanced to the College World Series final after a wild finish led to a 6-5 win over Arkansas on Wednesday.

Jared Jones plated the game-winning run for the Tigers, who will meet Coastal Carolina in the final.

Prior to Jones' walk-off single, LSU's Luis Hernandez tied the game with a double after Arkansas left fielder Charles Davalan misplayed what would have been the game-ending out.

Razorbacks shortstop Wehiwa Aloy also had a chance to finish the game before Davalan's miscue, but he opted to get the lead runner at third base instead of attempting what appeared to be an easy double play.

Jones, Hernandez, and Jake Brown drove in all six of LSU's runs, with Jones crushing his team's lone home run of the game in the eighth.

The No. 6-ranked Tigers will square off Saturday against the No. 13-ranked Chanticleers in Game 1 of the CWS final.

Coastal Carolina enters the final having won 26 straight games.
