Currently ranked the No. 1 player in the state of Hawaii, Tagovailoa passed on offers from Ole Miss, Nebraska, Texas A&M, USC, and several other Power 5 schools.
A tremendous athlete with a quick release, the southpaw attended the same high school as fellow Hawaii native Marcus Mariota. Alabama will be hoping Tagovailoa can do for the Crimson Tide what Mariota did for Oregon.
