Florida State's Derwin James shows off fruits of offseason labor

Florida State defensive back Derwin James lived up to his recruiting hype last year, recording 52 solo tackles, 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles in 12 games.

It appears James isn't resting on his laurels, though, as the sophomore posted a picture of his hard work Friday on Instagram:
