Texas A&M's Garrett out vs. South Carolina due to leg injury
Texas A&M star defensive end Myles Garrett didn't travel with the team to South Carolina and won't play versus the Gamecocks due to a leg injury.
Wide receivers Ricky Seals-Jones and Speedy Noil also didn't make the trip because of injuries and will be absent when the Aggies take on the Gamecocks.
None of the injuries appear to be serious, so it's possible the Aggies are using Saturday's matchup versus low-scoring South Carolina to rest their battered play-makers.
Garrett, the most notable wounded Aggie, has three sacks in four games this year, and continues to cement himself as one of the nation's top pass-rushers.
Seals-Jones and Noil sit third and fourth, respectively, in receiving for Texas A&M. The two have combined for 16 catches, 259 yards, and one touchdown this season.
