Bart Houston will start at quarterback for Wisconsin in the Big Ten championship game against Penn State, according to Mike Hall of the Big Ten Network.
Houston replaces Alex Hornibrook, who was listed as questionable this week after leaving last week's game versus Minnesota with a head injury.
The senior signal-caller was named the starter at the beginning of the season, but was replaced by Hornibrook after three games. Houston has thrown for 912 yards and five touchdowns this year.
