4-star RB Toneil Carter decommits from Georgia

Four-star running back Toneil Carter has decided to decommit from Georgia with Nick Chubb and Sony Michel returning next season, which prevented Carter from enrolling early.
Carter made the announcement Monday via his Twitter account:

The 5-foot-11 Houston, Texas native had offers form Alabama, Michigan, LSU, Notre Dame, and Texas, among others.
Carter is ranked No. 10 for his position in the country and 17th-best prospect in his home state.
