Watch: Florida State's Renegade and Chief Osceola fall during player intro
Melina Vastola-USA TODAY Sports
After Michigan and Florida State were paired in the Orange Bowl, Wolverines head coach Jim Harbaugh made it be known seeing Florida State's Renegade and Chief Osceola trot onto the field in person and plant a flaming spear was on his bucket list.
Standing at the front of the Michigan tunnel watching Florida State run onto the field first, Harbaugh was left disappointed as Renegade became spooked and failed to rear, and in turn fell to the ground.
Both Chief Osceola and Renegade appeared to be fine, while after the failed spiking of the spear, Harbaugh had his team run out of the tunnel earlier than expected.
