It's Harbaugh's seventh child in total, as he has three other children from a previous marriage. The Michigan coach revealed Sarah's latest pregnancy in June.
The arrival of baby John Harbaugh means Jim's brother and Baltimore Ravens head coach John now has competition for the title of "Coolest John Harbaugh" during family gatherings.
