LSU lands former Texas Tech DT Breiden Fehoko
Former Texas Tech defensive tackle Breiden Fehoko is transferring to LSU, he announced Monday.
The native Hawaiian will sit out the 2017 season while satisfying NCAA transfer regulations, but will have two seasons of eligibility thereafter. Fehoko chose the Tigers over Georgia, Ole Miss, Louisville, and Auburn, according to Max Olson of ESPN.

"Coming into this process I wanted one thing and one thing solely, and that was development," Fehoko told Billy Embody of Scout. "I wanted to put myself in the best position possible to succeed. I always thought my style of play was matched for the SEC and I wanted to be apart of that."
The 6-foot-3, 295-pounder started all 25 games he appeared in for the Red Raiders, racking up 38 tackles, including 7.5 for loss, and one sack across two campaigns.
He was the third Fehoko to suit up for Texas Tech, but unlike older brothers Mike and V.J., will finish his career elsewhere.
