SEC takes home almost 40 percent of 1st-round selections, Big 12 has 1 pick
The SEC remained king of producing first-round talent, as 12 players from the conference were selected with the first 32 picks of the 2017 NFL Draft.
Since 2011, the SEC has been number one six of seven years, with 2015 being the only year the conference did not lead all others in first-round picks.
