Almost a third of all underclassmen to declare for NFL draft go undrafted

A total of 95 players with eligibility remaining decided to leave the college level and put their names in the NFL draft once the 2016 season ended.
Months later, with the NFL draft complete Saturday night, 28 of those 95 players - 30 percent - didn't hear their names called during the three-day event.

Virginia Tech's Jerod Evans and Baylor's KD Cannon were the two biggest names to not be selected. The latter was the biggest surprise after averaging over 1,000 yards during his three seasons in Waco.
