Jim McElwain adamantly denies being naked man in viral shark picture
Warning: Story contains graphic image
Jim McElwain has a very philosophical question: What is a story?
Judging by the last 24 hours, a perfect example of a story is a picture of a man posing naked with a shark, and the smiling model has attracted many comparisons to Florida's bench boss.
A clearly frustrated McElwain took the opportunity to clear the air Tuesday, denouncing any sort of participation in the photo in an interview with Ryan Young of SEC Country.
"First and foremost, I don't know who it is, but it isn't me," McElwain told Young in a matter-of-fact tone. "In the world we live, what is a story? I just know this, it isn't me."
If the controversial picture has not yet graced your computer screen, or you happen to live under a very fashionable rock with no wifi, here is the image that's had everyone talking.
Who is this man? Please RT, find him & ask him why he did this? Where is the humour in humiliating slaughtered animals? @ChrisGPackham pic.twitter.com/uHN37OywCx
