20. OT Mitch Hyatt - Clemson

The ACC is stacked with pass-rushers, yet none of them figured out how to beat Hyatt for a sack last season. The left tackle was the only Clemson starter not to concede a sack, and he also helped pave the way for Wayne Gallman to eclipse 1,000 yards rushing for a second straight year.
19. DT Christian Wilkins - Clemson
Wilkins returns to anchor the Tigers' defensive line after posting 56 tackles, including 13 for loss, and 3.5 sacks as a sophomore. An athletic menace, Wilkins also had 20 quarterback pressures and 10 pass breakups last year, making his presence felt in both the running and passing games.
18. RB Nick Chubb - Georgia
Now almost two full years removed from reconstructive knee surgery, Chubb appears poised for a mammoth senior season at Georgia. He averaged 5 yards per carry last year - unfathomably, his career low by more than 2 yards - and owns the vision, speed, power, and smarts to get back to the form he showed in 2014 and in 2015 before the knee injury.
17. QB Josh Rosen - UCLA
Rosen was hampered by injuries and drops from his receivers in 2016, but still possesses the arm strength, footwork, and fluid throwing motion that made scouts foam at the mouth over his potential two years ago. If he gets help from his supporting cast, Rosen could easily emerge as a serious Heisman contender for UCLA.
16. DE Tyquan Lewis - Ohio State
It's hard to fly under the radar at Ohio State, yet Lewis has done exactly that while compiling a healthy eight sacks in each of the last two years. Lewis and Nick Bosa give the Buckeyes a dynamic edge-rushing duo, but it's the former who enters the 2017 campaign as the more polished player.
