Georgia State's Conner Manning: Leaves game with head injury
Manning (head) threw for 159 yards on 14-for-17 passing Thursday against Tennessee State before being taken out with a head injury.
Analysis:
Coach Elliot said that Manning didn't have a concussion but made the decision to take his starting quarterback out because of dizziness. Before the injury, Manning was showing some poise in the pocket, completing 82.3 percent of his passes, one of the few bright side's of Georgia State's offense. If healthy, Manning will have a hard time improving his play when the team plays at Penn State in week two.
